The reason why America is America and India remains India is this reservation and vote bank politics. Even in America there was discrimination and they compensated to it by their &quot;affirmative action&quot;, the difference between Indian reservations and american affirmative actions being, in case of affirmative actions, if both a white candidate and a black candidate scored &lt;strong&gt;equal marks&lt;/strong&gt;, then preference would be given to the black. That is why I said, the reason for America to be America is that it gives equal opportunity to all, and respects talents, and which is why we find Indian talents at Pentagon, NASA, IBM etc.</description>

The problem is that even with all the so called information and communication revolution in our hands, we just don&#039;t have the required transparency to put a stop with any wrong doing and the politicians can get away with anything in the name of vote bank politics and their stupid populism.
